When will this get solved?
I know this won't solve anything but I just want to say that I've been battling this issue even before Covid crisis came. Disconnection from all sorts of software I use because of packetlosses. How is it a VOIP and a low demand down and upstream software just disconnects me out of nowhere? 150mbps and 10mpbs upload. I reported already with the FCC but oh well that too seems doesn't solve the disgrace and dishonorable service that this company gives. I'm sure all of yall are tired as well.
At this point, I'm just hoping Elon with his starlink magic will email me that their service is coming in my town real soon.
