Frequent short internet outages

For the last month or so, we have a large number of short internet outages. I recently replaced my modem to see if this would fix the issue, but it has not. About a year ago I was having latency issues and the techs replaced all the coax, including the coax from the street to my home. It had been working well until recently. 

For example, from 12-1:30 today, I've had 9 outages, some as short as 10 seconds, others as long as 40 seconds. All devices lose all connectivity. (Zoom meetings drop, games disconnect, ect.) 

I have been tracking my connectivity, the red bars indicate the internet is down.

Any suggestions appreciated.

    This is the errors from my cable modem during my longer outage today (about 5 min)

    I have the same problem, but my connection drops a lot more often.

    I have the same problem, but my connection drops a lot more often. Seems every other web page I load I have to wait as the connection keeps dropping.

    Same issue in 85310.  At least twice a day for the past 3 to 4 weeks.

      Same issue here.  I hate calling COX support.  I tried the other day using their texting support.  I waiting 20 mins and gave up.   I'm sick of hearing covid 19 for an excuse for poor support.  Its not like there out on the road their either sitting in a office or working from home.   No excuse.

        @KenKK, There is a known area outage in your immediate vicinity that we are working on resolving. You may experience intermittent service until after our techs have completed the required repairs. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator
