Same issue in 85310. At least twice a day for the past 3 to 4 weeks.

Same issue here. I hate calling COX support. I tried the other day using their texting support. I waiting 20 mins and gave up. I'm sick of hearing covid 19 for an excuse for poor support. Its not like there out on the road their either sitting in a office or working from home. No excuse.
