I am having a similar problem. Technician came to the house a week ago and changed splitters. Modem drops once an hour usually between 10am and 2pm then generally works fine with a few execptions.
@Bob N, Is it possible to temporarily bypass the splitter and let us know if there is any change? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
