Box resetting frequently
Our main boxes and all mini boxes have been resetting randomly. All cables are fine nothing has changed but now it resets and comes back after a few long minutes. Have contacted multiple times and Cox says they can’t see an issue on their end so I spend a half hour talking to them to have it just come back on even after they said they didn’t see any issues. Very frustrating to have to reach out every couple of days to see why it isn’t working.
