I came here to say the same thing, lol. No tech has come out yet, but before the hurricane hit here in La my internet was fine, fast forward 4 days of no power, and after the lights came back on now I can't stay connected to any game for very long. Went and did a speed test and it looks exactly like yours. 148 down and 0.3 up.
I spoke to a rep on the live chat and he was painfully slow, he reset my modem then ended the chat. I suppose i'll have to fork up the cash for a tech to come out.

Hi, sounds like we need to schedule a technician to come out for you since these issues just started cropping up after the storm. Please email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name & address and we can set it up for you.

- BenS1Former ModeratorHi Kobrakommandor,
I took a look at your modem and I see some bad signal levels & a few timeouts. Also are there any splitters or amplifiers that are connected to the coaxial that is screwed into the back of your modem? If so can you bypass the splitter/amplifier and plug it directly into the wall from the modem?
