FAQ for Cox email transition to Yahoo

I have received two emails that appear to come from Cox about the transition to Yahoo email.  They both give a link that claims to link to an FAQ for the transition.  After the first email, I chatted...

I went to the link "https://www.cox.com/residential/support/coxnet-email-transitioning-to-yahoo.html?campcode=link-learnmore-FAQ-res-srch-email-move-to-yahoo". At the bottom of the page I saw "Unable to send and receive emails from my email client". I thought we found the solution, only to be directed to "Pre-Installed Mail App" >"Other Devices" Which brings me back to the standard Yahoo POP and IMAP settings. I'm going around in circles. What am I doing wrong? Has anyone successfully configured your cox.net email, on Yahoo to work with Outlook??

    Hi, there. In Outlook, you might want to try setting up the account as new, but choosing Yahoo as the account type. Outlook will apply the server settings for you. Ensure the username includes the Cox.net (this was not necessary for us, but it is for Yahoo). I hope this helps.
