I reads like the tech is blaming your problems on a boogeyman.
"Sit on this area?" What's this even mean...monitor your neighborhood nodes or park a truck in your area? I highly doubt Cox will do either of these. Can you see your neighborhood node from your house? I guess if the problem returns, you can peek out your window to help the "professionals" at Cox..
I probably could see it if I knew what it looked like. My house sits right at the corner of a four way intersection, right at the one and only entrance to the small neighborhood.
It could be a big, green box or a spindly pedestal.
