Sounds good. You could also monitor your modem logs for Uncorrectables. I'm sure widermouthopen will be following up in the AM.
Left WinMTR running for most of the evening while I was away and packet loss never exceeeded 1%. We're talking not even 100 packets out of multiple thousands sent. There have been absolutely no uncorrectables since the technician did his things. No issues trying to buffer videos, load up apps, or play any games either.
I think we're all fixed up here!

is there a way that you can come to my neighborhood or my house directly and fix the node congestion that i am ahving issues with. I am getting 100% packet loss and i keep talking to other cox representatives and they arent giving me clear answers or plans
