Every night losing connection
Last 4 nights we lose connection for a few minutes up to an hour or so then it comes back. Every time I check cox page it claims no problems. Then I tell it to reset modem, then it says can't do it ...

I used to have the same problem around 3am every morning. I was told by Cox that they do updates every morning which causes the modem to reset which makes the Internet go out. So I would lose connection for the next 15 minutes or so. Not sure why but it doesn't seem to happen anymore.
