Error message: CXSNDR

Had a strange issue began last night.  I sent an e-mail at 9:55 pm.  Got a reply and when I tried to reply to that message, the reply did not go and I got an error message with this code (CXSNDR) at ...

That's what I'm trying to avoid.  May be wrong, but If I do that, think I'd need to re-enter all my wireless devices again on the router?

    Plus, why would the problem ONLY be with Cox webmail?  Gmail and apps work fine.
