Enhanced Webmail 4 months later

Below is a post I put in 4 months ago. It's good to see that Cox has done absolutly nothing about fixing this horrible webmail experience.When is  Cox going back to the classic unenhanced webmail so I can actually get my mail?

I think the new enhanced webmail is terrible. It takes foever to load, sometimes it won't even go to the page. The other thing is once you go to the webmail there is no button to take you back to the original cox home page. This webmail needs a lot of work to be done. How do I go back to using the classic it was so much more user friendly.

  • Hi Mwv0329, I believe some clarification is in order. Your email accounts are on the new Cox Email platform, not the Legacy "Enhanced" Webmail platform. Eventually, every Cox.net email address will be migrated to the new Cox Email platform. For the best user experience, please make sure your internet browser is set to accept third-party cookies. (What internet browser do you use? I'm happy to provide the specific steps needed to change your browser settings.) When viewing your Inbox, you can return to the Cox website by pressing the "COX" icon in the upper left-hand corner of the page.
