Hello Rick. When you have spam filtering turned off, suspected spam emails will be delivered to your email inbox. However, they will still have the spam label attached to them to warn you that they may be spam. This is normal and is by design. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

Thanks Allan. So is there a way to "tell" the system that a tagged "suspected spam email" is not spam?

i haven't found a way.....system does it automatically, trying to protect us!!

Hi Lisa. Does that override the system and actually stop the system from tagging subsequent same or similar email from being tagged?
EDIT....
There is no option to tag a --SPAM-- tagged email as "not spam", I just tried to.
