I received the same email and called the number provided in the email, they sent me to cox support and I spoke with a gentlemen there who told me since we are getting our email without any problems this email did not pertain to us. There is no place on our email to make changes that Cox requires. So my question is either stop sending me these emails or fix it by using whatever services you have available. I spent 20 minites on the phone last week to try to clear this up and purchased a plan I didn't need just so the text support guy could tell me I didn't need to do anything.
If you cut off my email I will raise holy ***. I have been a good customer of Cox since 2005.
