Email bomb

I'm getting email bombed. Started last night and continues on through this morning. I've checked all my bank accounts, credit cards, changed password, and filtering them as best I can. I'm also checking to see if there's any strange charges. Can I stop this from happening or do I have to wait it out?

As a account holder, you're doing all you can by being vigilant and filtering.  If you're using an email client, such as Outlook, I'd stop using it until an admin can figure it.  For now, just use webmail to keep any maliciousness off your hard drive(s).

I have a Mac, and I'm using Mac Mail.

        Is Mac Mail a website?

If the emails are all of the same nature..... "thank you for subscribing to our newsletter",  you have to go thru the emails one-by-one.  You will be looking for one email that says "thank you for your recent order" or "we have received your order".   The flood of junk emails was designed to bury that one email.  If this is what you find, contact the seller and cancel the order.  Then check your account at that website and see if anyone has changed your settings.  Also , remove any credit card that you have left on file with that account.

If the above doesn't apply, please come back and tell us what kinds of emails you are receiving as part of the "bombing".
