Discord app and xbox live service blocked across all devices running on COX.

A few days ago DIscord and xbox live have been unable to connect. No local filtering for these websites on my router or firewall, seems to be blocked at COX servers.I already went through online support and was not help. NOTE: all other websites work on my network just not xbox live and discord.

    How does your speedtest look if you run it on your XBOX, It seems like cox is throttling high upload tasks, like twich and xbox
