I signed up for 150/10Mbps service and just discovered the uplink is now 5M. Is this a San Diego thing?
Also, anyone else have issues with packet loss? It seems like VoIP is taking a major hit due to this.
Yes everyone I have spoken to across the US has had the same issued. Pretty sure the network can't give you more speed in an attempt to keep it online. Do what 25+ here have already done, file a informal complaint with the https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us
