What did Cox.com say? Any outages? What model modem do you have and what lights do you have on it?

Been out since before 2pm yesterday. Cox.com app reported outage with a couple of updated projected fix time. Last text update was 9:42 last night. Nothing since. Called and all they say is there's still an outage on my area and they have techs working on it. Several others in same neighborhood have had no issues. Recorded message when I called cox stated maintenance happened between midnight and 6am. Still nothing after a couple modem resets over the outage timeframe.
