Device connection to network

I am having devices connecting to my network that are not in my home. How do I stop this?

there's a lot of stupid folks out there using no encryption,

it just takes a walk around my neighborhood with my phone showing most wifi networks, both secured/unsecured.

Perhaps the unsecured are using VPN encryption.  Some of that stuff would take 10 thousand years to break.

Some of your replies in the Forum are pretty good encryption.
