Data usage

I have used Cox since 2015.  For the first time last month I went over my 1025 GB limit.  One day Cox said I used 128GB of data.  I live alone, do not do gaming, don't download large files and only stream 3-4 hours a day.  There is no way I can use 45 GB of data in a day.  One day it is 45GB, the next day it is 3GB.  Danni from Cox executive called me and said she would check on this.  After two weeks she called back and said, Yep, you are using all that data.  Anyone with half an amount of common sense would see that the data spikes are just not correct.  But, Cox does not care.  Anything to screw the customers and make a buck.  Fortunately, I have options.

    We are experiencing same issue though a little less straightforward. We have been with COX since 2015. recent spike in Data usage when we swapped out our Digital HD TV (Cisco product) and internet, wireless, phone modem gateway (Arris product). Go figure.
