I just got a notice from Cox that I have used 75% of my data plan and will get charged an extra $10 for each additional 50MB. This has never happened in the history of my account. Tried to go online to see my current usage, page won't load. Tried to use Customer Service CHAT, page won't load. It appears that my usage is elevated due to virtual schooling and I don't think it's fair that I have to pay more now for data service. Doesn't COX have options for that?
