DATA USAGE

I just got a notice from Cox that I have used 75% of my data plan and will get charged an extra $10 for each additional 50MB. This has never happened in the history of my account. Tried to go online ...

We do offer 2 additional data plans for all levels of service www.cox.com/.../add-internet-data.html We also recently increased the monthly data usage from 1TB to 1.25 TB
