Critical T3 Errors - Multiple

Need some assistance. I've had multiple issues with disconnects while gaming and the history of errors listed below is alarming. Need some advice.

Connections are tight and secure. No splitters in line. Cox installed coaxial cables. I've done the trouble shooting within the apartment.

    I checked from this end and the first thing that stands out is the modem itself as how it is not approved for the level of service you're subscribed to. This would most likely explain the MDD messages as how the modem is looking for available capacity. I'd suggest visiting http://bit.ly/2Dhq5TL for more information on modems approved for use on our network by tier of service to explore upgrade options available.
