Critical Signal Errors SB6141 Modem

Signal is dropping intermittently, several times per hour. I cleaned and de-oxidized my coaxial cable at the modem which seemed to reduce the frequency of the failures. Need to know if this is something I can fix or if this is something Cox needs to address? Please Help

Chris and Allen, thank you for the email support on this issue following my post.

The problem was not a 100Mbps router, but instead the wiring outside of the house.

Solution: Cleaned and deoxidized coxial connections outside of house (With DeOxit D100L).

Unfortunately after a week, this error came back. I installed a new modem/router combo and its getting this error:

      Sat Aug 17 12:32:04 2019 Critical (3) Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC

I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with the outside wires at this point, I mean, two modems, one brand new, and the same error. I'll be calling in for support from this point.

Also had these two errors in the log:

3-Critical R03.0 Ranging Request Retries exhausted
    3-Critical R06.0

Unicast Maintenance Ranging attempted - No response - Retries exhausted
