Chris and Allen, thank you for the email support on this issue following my post.
The problem was not a 100Mbps router, but instead the wiring outside of the house.
Solution: Cleaned and deoxidized coxial connections outside of house (With DeOxit D100L).

Unfortunately after a week, this error came back. I installed a new modem/router combo and its getting this error:
Sat Aug 17 12:32:04 2019 Critical (3) Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with the outside wires at this point, I mean, two modems, one brand new, and the same error. I'll be calling in for support from this point.

i get this error too. getting lots of timeouts from the IP the modem is sitting on. this all started when they changed the bandwidth tiers
