COX Ultimate Internet Service ??

I have intermittent No Internet Connection everyday with Cox Ultimate Internet Service. I have seen other people reported the same issue. Every hour or so I got No Internet Connection, for a couple of minutes then it goes back to normal. This issue happens every single day.

I have seen some responses from Cox but it looks like Cox doesn't have the solution. Is it time to change to other internet providers?
