cox.net email not recieving email from my domain
I run a small business in Omaha, Neb., which has many Cox interenet customers.
My customers who have cox.net email addresses cannot recieve email from my domain. Whenever I email from lane@omahaheadshots.com to a cox.net email address, I do not get any notification that the email went through. The intended reciever never gets an email in their spam box, in box, or any other location.
This has been a problem for many customers that Cox and I share.
My company does not send out mass emails and am not on any blacklists for email abuse.
Would appreciate any help!
