cox.net email not recieving email from my domain

I run a small business in Omaha, Neb., which has many Cox interenet customers. My customers who have cox.net email addresses cannot recieve email from my domain. Whenever I email from lane@omahahe...

Would each user need to do this, or just one user?

That is a good question. Get 2-3 of them to do it for you. That will help our team.
