Internet outages each evening

Has anyone been experiencing outages in the evenings this week. This is the third night in a row it has happened- around 7:30. The message does not say there is an outage in the area, it says there is a problem delivering it to the residence but they’re working on it.
Does Cox adjust their monthly fees when outages keep happening?

Where are you? Hard to get data from other users in your area if you don't say what your area is. Cox does give credit for declared outages but not automatically at least not that I know of. You have to call billing after the outage is over to ask for a credit for the period of the outage. It's usually only a few bucks so so it's hardly worth the effort of going through their ivr. What is the nature of the problem? Intermittent connectivity? Slow speeds? Latency or packet loss? Like if you're checking the outage page at peak time and they're having issues with congestion which might be considered problems delivering the service to you, but you're having a problem getting online at all. Then that outage has nothing to do with your problem, at least not directly.
