    @Alex85233,I see why you were frustrated that your post was accidentally deleted for spam.  You were totally innocent!  ðŸ˜‡  I hope you get your issue fixed.

    Absolutely horrible business practice! Not only do they not want to offer any help, they try to up sell me service, and charge me to have a tech come out to diagnose the issue, which is clearly on their end! They are not even allowing my post with full description of the issue, ping logs and modem logs!

        Lie! I got a notification that my post was spam and I submitted a response back on it!

    like you just gotta live with it or switch isp there is no other option, I would just save urself the headache

      I cant switch, no other options! Its a monopoly.. Cant easily move, own the house!

        To be more clear, I cant get fast enough internet in this area. The only other option is DSL and its slowwwww and expensive..
