Cox IMAP Microsoft Outlook

I have been having problems with Cox's IMAP service.  When using or Office 365, adding the Cox email account to the external accounts setting.  Emails being deleted are not being deleted from the server when the account is added as an IMAP account.

The issue, email account on Cox server is running out of space.

    POP or POP3 servers allow users to manage emails via email clients but are most commonly used when managing email from a single device. You can review Pop3 and IMAP server settings at
