Cox gets slow after 9PM it drops my shows midstream.
Twice this week at 9:15 PM I lose my show. The interbnet spped drops to 1 MPS till about 10:30 PM. Why?

I experience this all the time. We don't have any parental controls set up as we are all adults here. I would like to know this answer as well.
