Cox email sync with outlook broken

My Outlook no loner is syncing with my cox email.  I use outlook live on my online browser to access.
It stopped working when Cox changed the required server settings on 12/4/2019.  I forgot to update my outlook account.  When I did try on the 4th it
would not work.  I deleted the emails on Outlook and tried to add them back using the correct server settings.
When I try I am receiving an error stating We are unable to access your email provider. Please check your server settings or try again later.
I have tried Cox chat and phone call with no help.  Any advice?  I am not super tech savvy so any help would be greatly appreciated.
