Cox Customer Service Issues

Continual Cox customer service issues have provided erroneous information, at best. Usually, Cox customer service agents just tell me that I am stupid and hang up and/or refuse to answer any of my questions. I have never, in my life, experienced such horrific customer service as I have from Cox. I cannot buy a home in a regional location where Cox is the only internet provider. I have scheduled future appointments with state representative offices, city council members and the general public to get Cox out of our region. Cox made millions of US dollars by providing technical services; but, hired very, very low paid customer service representatives that are generally functionally illiterate. Won't live in an area where Cox is the internet provider. I will consider Orbi satellite services before I hire Cox to provide internet services to me at a future residence.
