Could this be my issue?

Just curious, but the lower band has been terrible for months. Been having lag, low speeds, packet loss, and techs cant find any issues. My oldest came to ask me if our internet was acting up again, so I reset the modem and router. After a few minutes he came back to me and said, that didn't help...

A lot of the times it locks into the lower band, could this be the issue?

    Your transmit is way too low. On 24 ur at 26 which depending on your area u are basically in the noise floor. Definitely at least one of ur issues. Raise that transmit between 45-53. If you are that low on your modem then you have an issue outside at the tap. At tap should be at the lowest 35.
