Disney + Access Issue

I am having an issue with Accessing Disney +. I say Disney Plus into the remote and get an APPS 04154 error. Also, when I go into Contour Apps, Disney Plus is not listed.

    If it's not listed, you'd probably get an error.  It's listed on my Contour.  Contour button > Apps > it's the first app listed under Featured.  I don't know if a reboot would load it or not.  If you press the A button on the remote, you'll see a Restart and System Refresh option.  I'd try 1 of those first.
