Constant t3/t4 timeouts

I've had this issue before and its come back. I have constant dropouts and my connection is unstable. All my modem logs are giving me t3/ t4 errors when the signal drops. I have found and removed all splitters and its on a direct line. The problem started again the other day after having techs come out in March.

T4 can indicate a total loss of signal. Confirm that all connections are tight. Replace interior cables with brand new high quality RG6 if practical. If problems persist, contact Cox and request a tech visit as T3/T4 timeouts are often caused by problems outside the boundaries of your property. Post your modem signals and full logs for more complete advice.
