CONSTANT OUTAGES

Recently cox has been disconnecting every other day right when. I get off work. Why? I cant help but feel like im being ripped off. Every month my bill is $100 plus and im constantly having to spend the remainder of my day without internet which im paying for. Fix your **.. PLEASE

    It’s getting ridiculous about 4 internet drops on the last 2 hours
