Are you using a Cox WiFi modem? If so, open the Panoramic App on your cell phone or tablet and it will show you how much data each device is using. OTHER could be a category that is used to show bit torrent traffic. Use of certain programs to watch movies and tv shows,
Streamio
Rox Player
Showbox
Kodi
Popcorn time
and MANY others.
Yes, we are using the app to monitor data use and which devices are connected. Consistently, the "other" category is the largest use by far, so we're trying to figure out what exactly is adding up there. Could our security system and cameras be under that category?
It's possible, since the security system isn't using web sites for browsing and such, then it may be included in the other category.

While Usage Activities is not exact, like you, I would expect most of my usage to be categorized in a way that would help me better manage my data usage. I wanted to let you know that I have reached out to our back office for some insight as to why the "other" category of usage activities has increased. Once i hear back, I will follow up here.

If you are going to cap data. You need to provide detailed information regarding its usage so it can be controlled.
I pray to god that some technology makes the ISP industry more competitive and eliminates companies like COX, Comcast and Verizon. This service is THE WORST. Let's add dictators to US next since it's fine to have monopolies
