Can't connect to http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/ no apparent reason to not be able to

I'm not using any anti-virus, web browser is through firewall, all other devices can't connect but when on cellular on my phone I was able to connect.
There may be an issue with the firewall not allowing this website. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
