Cannot save settings in my profile on Forums.

Unable to add a signature to the forums settings. When I go into settings and put in a signature, I am unable to click on 'SAVE'. When I hover over the save buttons I get a message at the bottom of my screen that says "javascript:void(0)".  I have tried this in 4 different browsers, Opera, Edge, Firefox, and Chrome, all provide the exact same problem. I cannot fix the Time Zone, the date display, in fact nothing can be changed!
