Cannot receive Microsoft account verification code in my Cox Webmail
I have been trying for over a month to receive a Microsoft security code via e-mail. There is a post from two weeks that has been closed, that clearly states this has been escalated, but this is not still resolved. I NEED TO RECEIVE A SECURITY CODE FROM MICROSOFT VIA MY COX.COM E-MAIL. Otherwise, I will have to format my computer and lose precious information. Please help me with this.
