Cancelling my plan

How do I cancel my plan? I've been having troubles with my Internet working crappy the entire time I've had it. I'm just to the point where I'm over paying for something that rarely ever works. It's a waste of money at this point. And I'm tired of constantly texting to communicate that I'm having service issues with the online tech support at this point I don't even want to try and fix it anymore because nothing has fixed it this far and I'm just really tired of the struggle.
