Can’t connect to internet and customer service is useless
I moved to a new address and I am trying to get my internet hooked up at new place. I did a transfer to new address and disconnect from old. I brought the modem and hoped it up. The next day when I didn’t work, I contacted customer support and the said they would “complete my order” and it would be working within an hour and it didn’t. Contacted again and was told to go through this long process that I didn’t have to for the initial install. Didn’t work. What else can I do? My devices are connecting to my WiFi but the internet is not online. Customer service is useless. I’ve tried phone calls, emails, chat and Facebook messenger and it’s all worthless
