Block email sender function not working.

Cox will indicate "update successful", but more junk emails come daily.  HELP

                  Nobody knows what to do, or who to call about this?  Come on.

      Hi ernie85017, are you attempting to block senders using the settings on Here is some additional information on how to block senders on our WebMail platform:

      To clarify, is the sender you blocked still able to send you emails? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

    thru the holidays i've been getting a lot of junk mail. outlook picks up a few, even though i have multiple emails from the same sender designated as spam.

    i just looked at webmail & 3 more are in the spam folder.
