Billing Changes
Help! My invoice changes each month with Cox. I cannot reach a human to discuss this with. I cannot downgrade my service online without signing a 2 year agreement. Why would I sign a new 2 year agreement when Cox is held to no service levels and can raise my pricing monthly? I was just on hold for 45 minutes and got ahold of Ashley at 2:14pm CST on 9/14/20. She disconnected our call when transferring me. The chat is too busy right now, they won't even put me in a queue. When I do get someone to speak with, I cannot get their last name. They are held to NOTHING to have what they say to me getting honored. Cox is my only ISP option - please provide advice and / or a way to contact someone in management...
