Do you have a splitter or an amplifier in the home? Your modem is showing tremendous packet loss and I'm not seeing any known issues in your surrounding area. Also, are any connections in the home loose or damaged in any way shape or form? - Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

As far as I know there's no splitter or amplifier. There haven't been any physical changes that would explain this suddenly happening.
