bandwidth, Latency, and packet loss FCC complaint
This is for anyone like myself who has had issues with Coxes service over the last year. I have been round and round with them and they don't seem to care as long as they keep getting their money. I have filed multiple FCC complaints regarding these issues and I compel anyone who is also getting a lot of lip service from Cox to file a complaint. It is easy.
Please do this. Either Cox cares about their service to there customers or they are just another corporate cash cow that couldn't careless.
