Bad routing to virtual server hosted by eapps.com

I'm noticing that I get somewhat low upload/download speeds to a virtual server I own under eapps. Upload/download speeds seem to average about 200 kilobytes per second, whereas on other websites I get several megabytes per second. I asked eapps support about it and they asked me to run a trace route to see where the issue was. Once I posted the trace route, they told me to contact my ISP.
