Another “unplanned event” (85747)
Welp, after a canned response of “please contact directly so we can better assist with your issue”, we again down without internet. Another 3-4hr delay. Another “we’re sorry, and understand how frustrating this is”.
It’s clear that any attempt to get help or answers are a complete waste of time. Unfortunately Cox is the only provider in this area. They know that so they know we have to put up with the incompetence.
